เครื่องแบบนี้เรียกว่าเครื่องวัดความเงาครับ
มีไว้สำหรับวัดความเงาของสิ่งของ เช่นโลหะต่าง ๆ กระโปรงรถยนต์
สีที่พ่นมาใหม่ ๆ มุมของการวัดนั้นมีสามมุมเสมอครับ คือมุมที่ 20 องศา มุมที่ 60 องศา และมุมที่ 85 องศา ใช้ถ่านไฟ AA แค่ก้อนเดียวครับมีแค่สองปุ่มให้เลือกใช้งานมาลองชมภาพจริงครับ
ท่านจะเห็นว่ามีแค่สองปุ่มคือปุ่มซ้ายเป็นปุ่มเปิดปิดเครื่อง
และปุ่มขวาเป็นปุ่มเลือก
วิธีใช้งานคือให้ท่านคาลิเบรตเครื่องก่อนว่าค่าที่เครื่องอ่านได้ตรงกันกับค่าที่ควรจะเป็นหรือไม่ โดยการกดปุ่ม เปิด แล้วกดปุ่ม
เปิดอีกครั้งเครื่องจะขึ้นคำว่า Cal? หมายถึงให้คาลิเบรตใช่ไหม
ให้ท่านกดปุ่ม
ตรงจุดนี้หมายถึงว่าคาลิเบรตเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วครับ
ซึ่งเครื่องจะขึ้นค่ามาให้ดูด้วยกัน สามค่า
คือค่าจากมุมทั้งสามที่ถูกคาลิเบรต
จากนั้นให้ท่านเทียบค่าทั้งสามกับแผ่นคาลิเบรตที่ติดอยู่กับเครื่อง
สังเกตุว่าค่าที่อ่านได้ใกล้เคียงกัน อย่างนี้แปลว่าใช้งานได้
ท่านสามารถนำเครื่องไปใช้งานได้เลยครับ
เวลาวัดให้ท่านนำเครื่องไปวางยังจุดที่ท่านต้องการจะวัดแล้วให้กดปุ่มด้านขวาหนึ่งครั้ง(ปุ่ม OP) เครื่องจะอ่านค่าขึ้นมาสามค่า ให้ท่านวัดหลายๆ จุดจะพบว่าแต่ละจุดแล้วความเงาของชิ้นงานวัตถุจะไม่เท่ากัน
ท่านก็สามารถปรับปรุงชิ้นงานวัตถุของท่านให้ได้ความเงาตามที่ท่านต้องการได้
