Operating Information:
- Press the ON/OFF key to turn the meter on.
- Immerse the electrode in the solution to be read or tested.
- Stir gently and wait for the reading to stabilize.
- Press the HOLD key to keep the reading on the LCD display screen. To measure again, press HOLD key to automatically clear the display.
- After use, press the ON/OFF key to turn OFF the meter. Rinse the electrode with distilled water to minimize contamination.
- Use filter paper to absorb moisture then put the protective cap on.
Calibration:
Immerse the meter in distilled water. Activate it after a few hours.
Immerse the meter in the calibration solution and stir gently.
Regulate the calibration screw at the back with the mini screwdriver until the LCD screen shows 265 mV.
Rinse the electrode with distilled water. Don't forget to use filter paper to absorb moisture.
Battery Installation:
If the meter can not be switched on or the display fades, check the voltage of power supply.
Replace the batteries when the voltage is lower than 4 - 4.5V.
Pay attention to the polarity when replacing batteries.
